Green Asset Management

Combining asset and energy management to lower your emissions

CADmeleon offer a blend of traditional business critical stock condition surveys administered by a CIBSE accredited service engineer in a single visit. A survey by a CADmeleon Low Carbon Consulting Engineer provides a CRC balanced outlook at the future built environment and gives energy and asset professionals choices on:

• Calculating real asset values
• Weighing up prolonged fix versus retrofit or refurbishment
• Payback on energy efficiency projects
• Measures and management against CRC commitments
• Benchmarking of building by type, age and use
• Acquisitions and disposals

If a building does not already have one, part of the output of the report is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) as directed under the EPBD 2003 legislation. This is an accredited Asset Rating that provides a snapshot of the building’s current CO2 emission capabilities and potential savings through CO2 emissions saving through sustainable improvement recommendations.
