If a building does not already have one, part of the output of the report is an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) as directed under the EPBD 2003 legislation. This is an accredited Asset Rating that provides a snapshot of the building’s current CO2 emission capabilities and potential savings through CO2 emissions saving through sustainable improvement recommendations.
